The Phoenix XQ 400 puls DW is an advanced pulsed MIG/MAG inverter welding machine with an optional separate wire feeder. The built-in synergic control provides simple one-knob operation to dial in parameters based on wire type and diameter using recommended presets, or custom saved jobs.
All welding characteristics are included with the XQ 400 - there is no need to purchase additional features. It comes pre-loaded with EWM's innovative programs like rootArc XQ, forceArc XQ, pulse/superPuls, and Positionweld for aluminium.
There are also synergic settings for standard/pulsed steel, stainless, and aluminium welding. If those who want full manual control, non-synergic operation allows you to adjust all parameters. Beyond MIG welding, the XQ 400 is suitable for MMA, Lift TIG, and gouging.
Additional key benefits include the LED status bar, powerful eFeed drive system, and automatic standby mode. The high 1500W cooling capacity, 8 litre tank, and centrifugal pump ensure excellent torch cooling. The XQ 400 can connect to networking software, PCs, remote controls, and advanced torches. With tool-free polarity changing, insulated wire feeding, and an IP23 rating, this machine is built for demanding shop environments.
