Job Description:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, shipping and inventory management.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and put-away procedures to maintain organized stock locations.
- Manage order fulfillment process to ensure timely, accurate order picking and packing.
- Enforce safety policies like proper equipment operation, incident reporting, and PPE.
- Optimize space, layout, and workflows to increase storage capacity and staff productivity.
- Analyze KPIs like inventory turns, accuracy, productivity and implement improvements.
- Recruit, train, evaluate and manage warehouse staff to build an efficient, high-performing team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in warehouse management roles, including team oversight experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse KPIs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with WMS software, spreadsheets, and inventory analytics.
